A Prosecco Ice-Cream Bar Has Opened and Life is Good

Finally - some GOOD news for prosecco drinkers.  The Italian bubbly beverage has peaked in popularity in recent years, with ladies in particular loving the light, sweet and refreshing alcoholic tipple. There was widespread panic last month when news broke that global supplies are in danger. That sad prediction doesn't appear to bother the brains behind Ice & Slice, however. The new Fulham ice-cream "bar" has combined delicious Italian gelato with prosecco for what just might be the best summer treat ever invented. Time Out reports that gelato is made daily on the premises and other boozy flavours include negroni and Aperol spritz. Now all we need to do is A) book a flight, B) convince them to open an Irish branch or C) both of the above.
