Carland tried everything from attempting to engage with the trolls to eventually blocking most of the offenders, until she came up with a brilliant way to fire back by simply being kind.
For every hateful tweet Carland receives, she has been donating $1 to UNICEF, and has raised over $1000 to date. What a way to transform a negative hateful situation into something positive.
