Russian TV station NTV followed Yulia as she visited a new surgeon for a consultation after her implant collapsed.
Maxim Nesterenko, the new surgeon who will correct the issue, said that the implants were put in incorrectly - over the muscle in the chest instead of under it.
"This time we will do it the proper way," he said.

The clinic has admitted that it 'bears responsibility' for what happened to Yulia.
Her lawyers have told her that she can expect compensation to the tune of 1 million roubles (€14,160).
