This boyfriend went viral for making tiny pancakes for his girlfriend’s pet

Unfortunately, we see far too many tales of people cheating on their partners so when we do see people appreciating their other halves, it's a joy to see. Although people often lament the death of romance and chivalry and other seemingly old-fashioned concepts, it seems for some couples, special gestures are more important than ever. Twitter user Chase Scout took to the social media site to demonstrate how he fed his girlfriend Kenzie's cat Wilson while she was away. While making pancakes for his breakfast, Chase decided to treat Wilson to his own breakfast by serving bite-size pancakes to the lucky cat.

Talking to US Weekly, Chase explained why he decided to give his feline friend the breakfast of a king.

"I made Wilson’s just like I did mine but with much less batter, we sat at the table and ate them together." "Kenzie is my favorite person. I try to spoil her with what I can and she does the same for me. I am the lucky one for sure."

Following a backlash from animal lovers that Chase gave the cat chocolate, he also clarified on Twitter that the cat pancakes were chocolate-free.
