You can now buy your own private island in Ireland… and it’s breathtaking

Well, isn't this luxurious.

If you feel like the country is just getting a little too much for you... why don't you more yourself over to a private island? Yep, Mannion Island, just off the coast of Cork is up for sale for only €150,000. The land has not yet been built on and a new pier has been installed - so basically, the options are endless. The four acre private island is up for sale on Vladi Private Islands and if you have a gander, you'll be able to spot a LOAD of Irish islands on its website too (where have they been all our lives?). A spokesperson the the island realtor told the Irish Mirror: "The island is home to a natural spring, and fertile land (covering approximately 60% of the island’s surface area). "Towards the east of the island, Mannion furthermore boasts a sheltered cove allowing for all-year-access. "The island is being sold 'as is' and does not feature a house, building, structure, or ruins. Electricity could be provided via solar panels or a wind-turbine." Fair enough. Still sounds fab.
