Couple were victims of shaming because of the size of their house

When it comes to other people's parenting, for some reason people just cannot keep their thoughts to themselves.

Whether it's the shaming of new mothers or people trying to stick their oars in, we see many parents getting frustrated at other people giving their opinions about their children. One couple has been the subject of a nasty letter from one of their neighbours or friends which has criticised their parenting for choosing to live in a small house. According to METRO, parents Kelly and Michael Bruning from California were subjected to vitriol by an anonymous person, all because they live in a beachside apartment with their 2 children. The letter read:

"It’s important that you know that you guys are about the most selfish parents around. "Because you like the beach, your boys are trapped in a tiny, one bedroom upstairs apartment. "Kids need a yard to play in. A swing set, or trike to ride when they want to, not just when it’s convenient for you. "I don’t know this but I doubt that either of you had to grow up under these conditions. Shame on you."
