According to The Daily Mail, anyone walking around in swimsuits in the island's centre could be hit with a €600 fine.
Meanwhile, you could be made to pay €500 for walking around without a t-shirt.
The steepest fine of €700 is reserved for public drinking, eating or sleeping - so better not nod off on the beach!
Signs baring the warning 'Save your money and enjoy Hvar' have been erected around the island.
The new rules are an attempt to clean up island antics.
