Too early or just on time? This is the best time to turn up to a job interview

You will always get nervous, no matter what.

Job interviews can be so intense. You can prepare yourself for days - or even weeks - beforehand, but the minute you step into that interview, the nerves will creep up. One thing that everyone ponders is how early to arrive to an interview. Being way too early can seem rude as the person interviewing you has shit to do, but then on the other hand arriving late looks really bad. However, a top recruiter spoke to Huffington Post UK, and said that arriving 10-15 minutes early is the perfect amount of time. Amy Polefrone, the CEO of HR Strategy Group said: "[It shows] you're ready, you're eager, and you have your game face on.

"If you get there too early, it makes the interviewing team nervous and on edge, they’re wondering ‘Why is she here so early'.

"And it makes the hiring team that is wrapping up other meetings feel rushed. You don’t want to do that.

"There is also a need to feel that, ‘Oh, I need to entertain this person.'"
