Facebook Is Reportedly Testing ‘Shop Section’ and ‘Buy’ Button

There have been a lot of Facebook changes in recent weeks but none of them compare to the one they are talking about introducing. According to Buzzfeed the social media giant is testing a new button which will allow you to shop on Facebook. The website reports that Facebook is testing out a ‘shop section’ which will enable users to buy products that have caught their eye. Instead of redirecting potential consumers to their websites, a ‘buy’ button will be incorporated on the pages of certain companies. The idea is still said to be in the early stages. If they do bring it in, we expect that we’ll be spending a lot more time (and money) on Facebook.
