Well, maybe not. But that's okay. Really all we want is to be able to breathe after a fifty-metre run for the bus.
This Sunday, Movement+ are putting on two workout classes at the Cliff Townhouse in Stephen's Green (that location though). There are two workout options - a yoga class at 11am or a pilates class at noon.
Seems to us like a perfect, relaxing (sort of) start to Sunday morning. You know, give the sun its salutations and all that.
But, ladies. As if we'd get out of bed on a Sunday if there wasn't food involved. AS IF.
The tickets for this include a scrumptious brunch to tuck into once you're done with your exercising. There are some lovely egg dishes this week to refuel on. Pretty crucial tbh.
