Taking time now and again to bathe in your own feats is key to moving forward and continuing to kill it. We're fantastic at being our own worst enemy so, be sure to be your own BFF at times too and reflect on all the good that you do.
And now, it's over to you, in the past 365 days, what are you proud of? Take time to think about this. Did a new friend come into your life? Did you take that holiday you've always dreamed about? Did you get a promotion? Did you finally quit your job. Give yourself some love for living the life you create. We promise it'll make you smile."At 36, I became a new mother of 3. I breastfed twins. I renewed my vows with my husband of ten years. I came back home to the stage to do Coachella, after pregnancy. Then my husband and I released our album together, Everything Is Love. And we've been touring with our family around the world, and loving it.
