The ship’s 96-metre promenade is filled with boutiques, restaurants and lots of shops. The area comes alive in the evening with music, parties and entertainment.
And even when inside the ship, you’ll feel like you’re outside in the fresh air. The entire ceiling of the inside promenade is covered with an LED screen to recreate the atmosphere of the sky.
There are multiple pools for passengers to enjoy as well as the Yacht Club which is dubbed an “exclusive haven of refinement”.
The ship also boasts a Balinese spa, beauty salon, nail boutique and a gym.
There’s also an impressive water park on the actual ship which actually has us mind blown.
Cirque du Soleil also performs twice every single night, six nights a week on board – not bad, ay?
When it comes to the cabins, the word ‘luxury’ comes to mind fairly sharpish.
Even the most basic rooms boast some amazing features, but if you’re looking for something a little more glamorous, then the Royal Suite might be for you.
The suite includes a huge double bedroom, bathroom with a tub, its own bar, a large angle balcony and a private whirlpool bath.
And the people of Cobh are getting very excited to welcome the ship and its passengers for a weekend of fun in the Cork coastal town.
“There’s a cruise ship visiting virtually every other day over the next two weeks,” Chairperson of Cobh Tourism, Fionnghuala Smith said on the cruise ship’s arrival. “This is fantastic for Cobh and for the entire region as passengers get a taste of Irish hospitality and enjoy world-class attractions. “The convenience of stepping off a ship and having a beautiful town brimming with things to do results in very happy cruise passengers and provides an important boost to the local economy.”The cruise ship is currently on its 11-day cruise to and from Hamburg and is due to pay visits to Scotland, Dublin, Cobh and Southhampton,
