When you open the Tinder app, you'll be greeted with the following page as per Digital Spy. To proceed click Unlock Tinder Social...
You will be forwarded to this screen where you should select, "I'm Going Out".
This next page will bring up a list of your Facebook friends using the app who've selected to use Tinder Social. It will look something like this (without the blurred images of course).
There you have it folks, these are your friends currently using the app and the new feature... creep away.
