The Westbury's Bubbles and Cake concept is a twist on the traditional Afternoon Tea, in which you get to sip a bottle of exquisite Perrier-Jouët in complementary Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque glasses, alongside two exclusively prepared desserts – in other words, really setting the atmosphere for a romantic celebration for two.
You get a chance to choose one of two delicious champagnes – Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé, a deliciously pink Champagne with intense aromas of ripe red fruit, or Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, with notes of garden-fresh lemon and peach, toasty biscuit and a hint of sweet floral aromas.
And whichever one you go for, rest assured that both pair beautifully with the delicious desserts: a Strawberry Shortcake made from Irish strawberries and filled with strawberry compote, glazed and served with all Irish butter shortbread; and a Peach Melba made of vanilla sponge topped with white peach mousse filled with raspberry purée gel, dipped in white chocolate, sprayed and decorated with a dark chocolate stalk and sitting on a simple sable biscuit.
Sounds like the perfect at-home Valentine's? We know!
