Jakub Marian is a linguist and general maps fan.
He's been known to create maps based on facts and figures, displaying them in a handy, easy-to-read graphic for everyone to enjoy.
Recently, Marian created a map detailing all the countries in Europe, showing which nation worked the most hours per week.
(Marian included data from those who worked part-time too, so that's why the average number may appear a bit low for some.)
The data was compiled from 2016's OECD table.
As we can see, the country that works the most hours per person is Greece with 39 hours.
This is then followed by Russia with 38.
Ireland comes joint fourth with 36 working hours per week.
Marian created his map using some simple maths.
He used the total hours worked in each country in 2016, divided that by the number of people who were working that year, and then divided by 52.14 (the number of weeks in the year).
He then rounded the figure to get his number for the map.
Using the same method, Marian also calculated how many hours were being worked in other countries outside Europe.
He found that Mexico was working 43 hours per week, Koreans are doing 40, and the US is on a steady 34.
Again, these figures include part-time work as well as full-time, so if 44 hours a week in Mexico doesn't seem that high, just compare it to the UK's 32.This unusual baby name has risen in popularity due to Gilmore Girls
