Massage instructor shows a simple hack to get your baby to go to sleep

Once a baby wakes up at night, it can sometimes feel like nothing you do will get them back to sleep. But one massage instructor has shared her trick for getting your baby to bed with just two simple steps and we can't believe we didn't know this before. TikTok user Elina is a certified infant massage instructor and goes by the username @kahlmi on the app, telling all about her useful technique to help your baby get some sleep. In the video, Elina that this technique "works every time!" and showed us how exactly we can do it Showing her demonstration on a doll, Elina shows you how to simply rub your baby's head to get them to sleep. Firstly just glide the Index finger from forehead to nose and then gently rub eyebrows from inside to outside.

Not only this, Elina has a number of videos on her account that can help you get through different situations you may find yourself in with your baby such as colic, constipation, and deciphering their cries. She has also since posted a second video that will help get your baby to sleep, giving a third step which shows her pressing a small spot under your baby's head next to their ear and rub circles into the spot. Elina noted that these specific techniques used are not scientifically verified, but baby massage has been reported to have huge benefits. According to the National Childbirth Trust (NCT), it is both a good way to bond with your baby and can help their wellbeing.

They told Metro: "Baby massage is the gentle, rhythmic stroking of your baby’s body using your hands. As part of a massage routine, you might gently manipulate your baby’s ankles, wrists and fingers."
