OUCH! Meghan Trainor falls spectacularly onstage on Jimmy Fallon

Wearing high heels can be tricky.

It's hard to navigate yourself, walking around a club all night or attempting to dance with your mates without your feet KILLING you. Worst comes to worst, you fall on your face in front of everyone and mortify yourself. SCARLET. Well, unfortunately, that's exactly what happened to poor Meghan Trainor on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.  The No singer was performing her new song Me Too on Jimmy Fallon's chat show when she dropped... a little more than a stellar vocal performance.

The poor girl! We've all been there at one point or another. The singer dealt with her little mishap like a pro and laughed it off. Fans worried about her welfare were reassured when the All About That Bass singer took to Twitter to let everyone know she ok, if a little red faced.
