New App Helps You Avoid People You Really Don’t Want To Run In To

If you ever wanted to be invisible, this could be your chance. Well, sort of. A new iOS app called Cloak uses Foursquare and Instagram location data so that you can actively avoid running into people you know. The app’s description in Apple’s App Store reads,“Think of it as the antisocial network.” So the next time you're in a coffee shop, you'll know when your ex is near by. Talking about exes though. What if less antisocial people used it to on their stalking sprees? (you know those exist). The creators are trying to create a tie-in with Facebook to expand their capabilities but for now only your Instagram and Foursquare contacts can be avoided.
