One of Dublin’s newest hotels is a hidden gem waiting to be found

It's well worth a visit.

The Address At Dublin 1, which opened during the summer, is the perfect hotel to stay at if you're visiting the capital. Located in the heart of the city, it's within a short stroll of the main shopping streets and is right across from Connolly Station so it's very accessible. We knew we were on to a winner from looking at pictures on the website, but it's even more impressive when you take a look inside. The hotel, which used to be called the North Star, has undergone a huge transformation and you would hardly recognise it. It's very modern and spacious with hospitality at the top of their priority list. The rooms themselves have been given a gorgeous modern design, with automatic lights and blinds to go along with it. Located within the hotel is a McGettigan's bar/restaurant which serves one of the best chicken wings in Dublin. I don't say that lightly, I've tried them all and they're up there. They also have a huge menu to satisfy most tastebuds. The breakfast is varied and on a self-service basis, which works out well if you want to overindulge. Hands down one of the nicest hotels in Dublin.
