When Joe Peduzzi responded to a flatshare advert for a "laidback, happy-go-lucky type that's sociable and open minded" he didn't realise just how open minded he would need to be.
On arriving at the East London flat, Joe found that his potential living quarters were actually a mattress in a shed in the shared living room.

In case you missed it, which in fairness could easily happen, the "room" is the white shed-looking contraption behind the couch.
Although the advert had said that the room was "the biggest in the house" and "comes with a sofa which means sharing it with the rest of us sometimes", needless to say the 22-year-old was NOT expecting a shed.
He told the The Mirror: “I was laughing to myself down the road back to the Tube.”
“ I can’t believe people have the cheek to advertise that as a bedroom.”
Needless to say, he turned it down. Shocker.
