Someone is selling a car space in Dublin and you’d want to start saving now

Outrageous.

Looking for a car space in the middle of the city centre? Well, you'll probably want to keep looking as I'm not sure this will tickle your fancy. Someone posted to Daft.ie yesterday advertising their car space for sale in the heavily sought after financial district of Dublin. Described on site as "a unique opportunity to acquire a secure underground parking space", it is located within Custom House Square in the heart of the IFSC.  Now all this sounds well and good, car spaces are always for sale in the city - the part that startled us was the enormous price tag. We get that city centre parking is expensive but this really takes the bickkie. Yep - the owner of said spot is looking for €32,000 for the rent of the space for the year. €32,000! Yes quite outrageous but with over 4,000 views already you can sure it will still be snapped up. Ah Dublin.
