Yep, according to The Sleep Council, putting your socks in the fridge for the day and wearing them to bed that night will help bring your body temperature down, making it easier to fall asleep.
“While high-end temperatures make a welcome debut, steamy nights and baking bedrooms do little to lull us to sleep,” they said of the hack. “Chill socks in the fridge before bedtime as it will help to lower your core body temperature.”It’s so simple, yet so effective.
