According to reports a Slovakian inventor has now created see-through coffee for those coffee lovers who don't want to spend hours scrubbing their pearly whites.
David Nagy, who lives in Koscise in Slovakia, quit his job three months ago in order to develop the idea and is now ready to start production on 'ClearCoffee.'
He said: "I wanted to create a product that will grab everyone's attention. Everyone knows very well that a normal coffee has a black, or at least a darkish colour, so my see-through coffee will certainly bring lots of new questions from the crowd.
"I usually drink four to five cups of coffee per day, therefore I use lots of tooth-whitening products, so this is why I also invented this colourless coffee, so that anyone can enjoy it without damaging their teeth."
Served cold and in a bottle, it looks exactly like water (perfect if you are trying to hide your coffee addiction) but the 26-year-old insists it tastes just like traditional blends.
A 200ml serving contains the same amount of caffeine as a regular cup of cappucino and ClearCoffee apparently contains no sugar, preservatives or dodgy additives.
You are probably wondering what it does contain, but that is something David is keeping close to his chest for now.
He explained: "I would love to tell everyone about it, but if I did, it would not be our secret anymore, and we then would not be the only people on the world who can create this truly unique coffee."
While we think it would be worth a try, we're not sure if we're fully fledged converts yet and thinking about adding milk to a water-like liquid is freaking us out a little bit.
