You can also tune in to the Vhi Running Start podcast, which will feature a number of inspirational women like businesswoman Aimee Connolly, owner of Sculpted by Aimee, authors of the Complete Aisling series Sarah Breen and Emer McLysaght and sporting legend Cora Staunton. Each episode has a different duration to help you walk, jog or run all of your fitness milestones, from 2km to 10km.
