Ever since the Covid-19 pandemic arrived, we've had to adapt to the new normal of seemingly never-ending restrictions in what have been very challenging circumstances.
A lot of the things we took for granted, such as seeing family and friends, have been taken away from us. Worrying about our jobs and the future. Not being able to celebrate holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries with those we love.
It's been a hugely testing time.

Imagine, on top of everything you've had to give up over the past year, not having a home to call your own. Staying in emergency accommodation or even sleeping rough on the streets, having to deal with homelessness as well as everything else.
Imagine being a parent to young kids at the same time and having to tell them they've no real home to go to.
Imagine the worry you would have for them more than anything else.
While coverage of the issue might have taken a back seat to matters relating to the pandemic in recent times, families in homelessness continue to affect thousands of people in Ireland.
Throughout lockdown, Focus Ireland worked and has continued to work on providing solutions to those families experiencing the plight of homelessness throughout the country.
Adults and children are at the core of the work Focus Ireland does. They highlight the difficulty for children having to return to emergency accommodation.
Every child needs a home. A proper home.
You can do your bit to help Focus Ireland battle homelessness and help them provide much-needed warm, nutritious meals for families. Help them reach out to families in crisis and help them to provide vital support for children in emergency accommodation.
