They've survived the closed room auditions, the arena auditions, boot camp and the Hunger Games style six seat challenge. Now, the remaining X Factor contestants are rewarded with holiday, albeit a working holiday.
This weekend viewers will see what happened at judges' houses, when the 24 remaining contestants must become 12. The dozen lucky survivors will be heading on to the next round and finally performing in the live shows for an eager public.
As always, the four categories will be travelling across the globe to four "glamorous destinations", and for once Louis' team doesn't get the short end of the straw!

This year the Groups visit Bermuda with mentor Louis Walsh, Simon Cowell invites the Over 25s category to his home in Los Angeles, the Girls will sing for Cheryl Fernandez-Versini in Nice, while the Boys fly out to Mexico with Mel B.

With the agonising decision of whittling six acts down to just three, each judge is joined by a guest mentor. Cheryl enlists Tinie Tempah to assist her, while Mel B is joined by her fellow Spice Girl Emma Bunton. Simon reunites with X Factor stalwart Sinitta and Louis is joined by former judge Tulisa, who herself tasted victory with the only group to win the competition, Little Mix.

The X Factor returns on TV3 this weekend.
