The body of a woman has been found on a Dublin beach

The body of a missing woman has been discovered on a beach in Killiney.

98FM reports that the remains of missing Bray woman Stefanie Kokaram were found by a passer-by on Whiterock Beach at 7am this morning. A Garda spokesperson confirmed to the radio station the remains are that of Stefanie Kokaram, who has been missing since Thursday. The 50 year-old was last seen at around 8:30pm on Thursday evening. The alarm was raised when she failed to return to her home on Greenpark Road in Bray. Gardaí are not treating her death as suspicious and have described it as "a tragic incident."
