But the most attention-grabbing reports coming from the team, of course, involves their newest fur-member. Meet the hotel's furry ambassador — the French Bulldog named Monty. She really is the best girl and she's settling into her brand-new role as Guest Relations Pawfficer (GRP) like a total pro. Besides getting to know her peers and quietly analysing their abilities to provide top-notch belly rubs, sneaky treats and regular strolls about town, it's Monty's job to ensure the running of the hotel flows exceptionally smooth, by providing her colleagues with her superior canine expertise. This essentially means safeguarding the well-being of all those around her, adding lots of pawsitivity to their day, and seeing that happiness metre soar.

She is, after all, a born master at reducing people's stress, leaving them more confident, conscientious humans. Guests will definitely be barking up the right tree when Monty's about.
