Here’s where the winning €500K EuroMillions tickets were purchased

Christmas has come early for two lucky people.

Last night it was announced that two players won big on the EuroMillions Plus draw. The numbers that came up in the Plus draw were 4, 6, 22, 30 and 48 and the two winning tickets with these numbers nabbed themselves €500,000 each. And now it has been revealed where the two tickets were sold. The first winning ticket was sold in Tesco, Limerick Rd, Newcastlewest, Limerick and the second ticket was sold in Donnybrook Fair, New Street, Malahide, Dublin. Usually, players can bide their time before claiming their winnings, however, because of the festive period, players only have until December 28 to claim their prize. A National Lottery spokesperson said:

“Last night’s wins brings to 31 the total number of €500,000 EuroMillions Plus wins in 2017. We are delighted that this will be such a special Christmas for two of our players.” “We are advising the lucky winners to mind their tickets safely and we look forward to seeing them in our Winners Room when we are open again from December 28th.”

Two lucky winners are going to have a very happy Christmas indeed.
