He was last seen on CCTV in a Spar shop on Moyle Road in Ballycastle, Co. Antrim.
His loved ones believe he may have travelled onwards from Ballycastle by hitchhiking, on foot, or on public transport.
George Brennan has been described as 6'2, 100kg and has brown hair and blue eyes.
He was wearing a black zip-up top, dark jeans, runners, and was carrying a blue hiking backpack when he was last seen.
