Her body was taken to Loughlinstown hospital and a postmortem is due to take place.
A second woman has been taken to St Vincent's Hospital to be treated for her injuries and later discharged while the third was treated at the scene by emergency services.
Freeman was a mum of two and a teacher at Ravenswell Primary School in Bray, with friends, family and colleagues offering their condolences on Facebook.
One person wrote: “RIP, heartfelt condolences and thoughts to the family”.
Another said: “So sad. May she RIP & may her family be hugely comforted at this very tough time.”
