Owen Wilson is ‘refusing’ to meet his newborn daughter, says source

Owen Wilson hasn't yet visited his newborn daughter, it's been claimed.

The actor's ex-girlfriend Varunie Vongsvirates gave birth to a baby girl named Lyla in October. He initially denied that paternity but a DNA test during the pregnancy proved that he was the baby's father. The star now "refuses to meet his daughter," a source told Us Weekly, and reportedly doesn't want custody. "He even checked the 'no visitation' box in court in June," the source said. "He does not want to visit [or] want any custody of her. "The baby looks just like Owen,” the source continued. "She has fair skin, blonde hair and blue eyes." Owen and Varunie, a 34-year-old from LA, dated on and off for five years but split earlier this year. Responding to the story, a rep for the actor told The Mail Online; "this is a private matter and it’s not appropriate to comment further." Owen already has two sons from previous relationships. He and partner Jade Duell had a baby boy they named Robert, after Owen's father, in 2011. The couple split up later that year. He and Caroline Lindqvist welcomed a boy, Finn, in 2014.
