Ryan Reynolds vows to make wish of terminally ill young Marvel fan come true

Ryan Reynolds and Chris Evans put their superhero powers to use this weekend as they vowed to do their best to make a dying boy's wish come true. FOX News' Shannon Bream posted a plea on Sunday for any of The Avengers to send a greeting to a terminally ill young boy named Emilio. The young boy, as she explained, is a huge Marvel fan who has just "days to live" - and all he wanted was a greeting from one of his heroes. She wrote:

"Need your help Twitterverse - trying to help a young boy who is dying. He probably has just days and all he want is a greeting from one of the Avengers. "If you have a celeb connection, please let me know. Otherwise, could you help out with a RT? Thank you in advance!"

Reynolds, who first joined the Marvel-verse with a cameo in 2009's X-Men Origins: Wolverine before reprising the role in the 2016 Deadpool spin-off, was clearly touched by the story and offered to help. He wrote:
