With Amazon announcing details of its Prime Day 2025, we've got a handy hack for you to make the most of the huge deals.
Amazon's Prime Day – which will take place on Amazon IE for the first time – will feature discounts on brands such as Bose, Ninja, Shark, Lego and CeraVe, as well as local Irish businesses.
With a Prime membership, you'll get exclusive access to the deals, and anything you purchase will get delivered on the same day or the following morning.
If you're not currently a Prime member and don't want to add yet another subscription to your monthly outgoings, don't worry. We've got a little hack that will allow you to take advantage of the big deals without paying for Prime.
With a 30-day free trial, you can set up your membership in time for Prime, and cancel before the 30 days are up to ensure you don't get charged for the following month.
So, you'll be able to access all the great deals and bargains across the Prime Day sales without spending a penny on a subscription.
Just make sure you activate your free trial ahead of 8 July when Prime Day starts to make the most of the benefits as well as access to Prime Video.
Cancelling is easy too. All you'll need to do is click a button to confirm that you no longer want to be a Prime member and it's done. Just make sure you do it before the 30 days are up to avoid paying the €6.99 per month fee.
Alternatively you can keep your subscription and make the most of the Prime benefits all-year round including streaming, free delivery and exclusive deals such as Black Friday.
To sign up for a Prime membership ahead of Prime Day head to Amazon Ireland here.
