The classes, which will run every Saturday at 10am for four weeks, will be led by instructor Aisling Conn of yogaru.ie, who has been practicing yoga for close to 20 years.
The sessions will be intimate, with no more than 15 participants, and will last approximately one hour and 15 minutes. They are suitable for all levels (over 18s only) and promise to leave you feeling centred and revitalised... although probably not grounded.
