But while most areas will stay dry, there will be some heavy showers this afternoon - most likely in west Connacht and Munster.
It will be a humid day, with temperatures reaching highs of 21C to 26C. The hottest areas of the country will be in the west and south, although it will be couple of degrees cooler in the costal areas.
