Gardaí confirmed the scene has been preserved following the incident.
They stated;
"Gardaí are investigating an assault incident."
"It occurred at approximately 9:30 pm on Sunday 19th February 2023.
"A woman in her early 20s and a male in his late teens sustained injuries during the course of this assault.
"They were taken to Tallaght University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Gardaí added, "No arrests have been made at this stage of this ongoing investigation."
