The guná by London-based designer Richard Quinn (his parents are both Irish!) and it features a black latex turtleneck. The red floral dress is from Quinn's Spring/Summer 2020 collection - but it's not the first time we've seen one of his designs on a celebrity.
Lily Aldridge wore a similar Richard Quinn number at this year's Met Gala, except she wore hers with a tulle cape and the sleeves of the gown completely covered Lily's hands.
