The singer said that she didn't feel like herself by the end of their relationship, adding: "I didn't really know myself. I thought I did."
The split led her to focus on herself, working out more in the gym and getting into fitness, to look after her mental health too.
Driving her more knowing that her emotions and mentality was benefitting from the gym, she also worked on her upcoming album as a way of healing too.
