Add us as a preferred source on Google »Amanda Bynes' new podcast has been paused after its first episode landed on Spotify on December 9th.
The actress confirmed that she and her co-host, Paul Sieminski, would be taking a break from the 'Amanda Bynes & Paul Sieminski: The Podcast' and did not disclose a return date.
The Nickelodeon star says that despite the podcast 'doing very well', the decision came down to the guest appearances for the show.
In its opening episode, the hosts welcomed Amanda's best friend and tattoo artist, Dahlia Moth.
Taking to TikTok to confirm that 'Amanda Bynes & Paul Sieminski: The Podcast's' hiatus.
"I’m going to take a pause on it for now, we are not able to get the type of guests that I would like on this show, like say Jack Harlow or Drake, or Post Malone," Amanda explained.
"So maybe one day if we are able to get those type of guests on the show, we will resume the podcast, but for now I’m taking a pause on it.
“Thank you to everyone who watched, I really hope you enjoyed it, and that is all for now."
The podcast was the actress' return to the spotlight came just months after reports that she was hospitalised for a “psychotic episode".
The former child star stepped away from acting in 2010 after her role in 'Easy A' and has not returned to the industry since.
Following the 37-year-old's departure from acting, Amanda sadly battled substance abuse and mental health issues, which led to a nine-year conservatorship.
Last year, the court order, which saw her mother, Lynn, oversee and protect her daughter and her estate, was terminated.
