Ashley Cole Punched In The Face After Reported Love Triangle With Twin Sisters

Former Playboy model Carla Howe has taken to Twitter claiming she "punched up" Ashley Cole, after he bedded her twin sister.  Carla's twin and fellow Playboy model, Melissa, apparently slept with the footballer after he split from Cheryl Fernandez-Versini back in 2010. Carla Howe is a former Playboy model (image via Twitter).  When Carla bumped into Ashley outside a London nightclub this week, she reportedly punched him three times in the face and is then said to have taken to Twitter to boast about the run-in. In the since-deleted tweet, the model wrote: “Happy I just punched up @TheRealAC3 long awaited.” Ashley and Cheryl split in 2010.  Speaking to the Daily Star, Carla alleged that the Roma footballer provoked the attack. She said: "He was trying to get up in my face, and I didn’t know what was going on. “I was scared, so I punched him. I was wearing a ring and hit him three times in the jaw. "Afterwards he was shouting ‘she’s busted my lip’." The twins were apparently involved in a love triangle with Cole (image via Twitter).  According to the publication, Cole was involved in a love triangle with the twin sisters and ultimately ended up choosing Melissa. A spokesman for Ashley has yet to comment and the Metropolitan Police say they have no record of the attack taking place.
