Blake Lively and Kim Kardashian get the award for funniest Thanksgiving post

There's nothing like a bit of celebrity wit.

With yesterday being Thanksgiving, our Instagram feeds were inundated with celebrities posting pictures from their day spent with loved ones. Thanksgiving is a time for reflection, gratitude and centred on the sentiment of Joey Tribbiani:

"It is a love based on giving and receiving as well as having and sharing. And the love that they give and have is shared and received. And through this having and giving and sharing and receiving, we too can share and love and have… and receive."

Everyone from Madonna, to Kylie Jenner to Jennifer Garner posted Thanksgiving posts, but our two faves had to be Blake Lively and Kim Kardashian for their sheer comedy value. The stunning Gossip Girl actress posted an "expectations versus reality" post which included a picture of Blake attending the Heavenly Bodies: Fashion & The Catholic Imagination Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art back in May. The second picture was...well, let's just say a different vibe. Fans loved Blake for posting this relatable photo and were quick to note one funny detail in particular - her unbuttoned pants! And as one person rightly pointed out, "a real queen can do both." The other celeb to give us a good giggle yesterday was Kim Kardashian, who posted a hilarious throwback picture. Kim uploaded an old photo of herself with two sisters, Khloe and Kourtney. The reality star captioned the picture, "I'm thankful for the glow up". GAS. While some of her followers found it amusing, others had rather salty reactions:

"Is glow up another term for plastic surgeon?"

Well, we're certainly thankful for the entertainment.
