Singer Britney Spears comments on her two-week fling with Irish actor Colin Farrell

The singer recently posted a video in lingerie with the caption:

“Last time I wore an actual nightgown out was a La Perla nightgown at a premiere with Colin Farrell…”

“I wonder why conservatorship had me wear three layers of tights for 20 years hmmm.”

Spears spoke about the fling in her memoir, The Woman In Me, published in 2023.

She was set up with Colin by a “club promoter friend,” marking the start of their two-week romance back in 2003.

“Brawl is the only word for it. We were all over each other, grappling so passionately it was like we were in a street fight.”

Spears compared their time as a couple to a “street fight,” stating that they were “all over each other.”

She also recalled attending the premiere of the Irish actor’s movie The Recruit, where Colin denied the two were dating when asked by reporters.

“We’re not dating. She’s a sweet, sweet girl. There’s nothing going on – just mates,” he said, upsetting the singer, prompting her to leave as soon as the paparazzi were gone.

Though Britney did later tell W Magazine, that their time together was “nothing serious,” but did confess to kissing him, stating that he was “so hot”.

This followed the end of her relationship with Justin Timberlake.
