Buckingham Palace has been absolutely decked out with Christmas trees and decorations

Wow. wow, wow, wow.

The royals have gone all out for Christmas this year and we have our first sneak peek at the decorations. The 2018 trees have arrived in Marble Hall and they're very fancy altogether. Of course, there's crown ornaments, as well as colourful baubles and little tiny carriages hanging on all of them. The royal family shared a video of the decorations and trees being assembled, and it really is something else.

The actual glamour of it all. Meanwhile, Kate Middleton is clearly getting in the festive spirit ahead of time for today she's wearing the perfect Christmas outfit. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge today hosted a Christmas party at Kensington Palace for the families of military serving in Cyprus during the annual December holiday. Kate dressed in accordance with the occasion, choosing a tartan Emilia Wickstead skirt which she paired with a black button-up cardigan and black boot, the perfect Christmas outfit. This skirt definitely makes a statement and while it won't be to everyone's taste, it's definitely a look that fits well with the event.
