Cara Delevingne’s new tattoo has not gone down well with fans

It's no secret that Cara is a fan of getting inked.

She's got a wide collection of tattoos all over her body, including ones dedicated to her mum and... her love of bacon. Obviously. One of her more recent ones was an inking of an elephant's face on her arm.

Her latest trip to the tattoo parlour has resulted in quite an unusual inking on the back of her neck, just on top of a delicate Thai-inspired tattoo called sak yant. Cara decided to get a pair of eyes on the back of her neck which seems to have a Mona Lisa effect - where the eyes follow you around the room as part of an optical illusion. Stopping into her favourite tattooist Bang Bang's parlour in New York, the artist debuted his handiwork on his Instagram in a video which shows the creepy effect of the eyes perfectly.

While Cara must've been chuffed with her new addition to her tatts, fans certainly didn't hold back expressing their contempt for the tattoo. One person commented:

"Seriously awful... Why would you do that to yourself? Rich ppl have zero taste. It's ugly and I'm glad I didn't make a permanent mistake that bad.... yuck!"

While others expressed the same sentiments about Cara's new pair of eyes in the comments.

"yes it's horrible" "i hate [sic] dis"

YIKES. Given Cara's past of being herself and embracing her quirks and weirdness, we're sure she doesn't really give a f*ck.
