Caroline Flack officially has a new boyfriend, and he looks pretty familiar

Caroline Flack is "officially dating" personal trainer,  Bradley Simmons.

Apparently, she totally fell for him following a string of dates. Awesome. Last year, Caroline went through some relationship ups and downs, calling off her engagement to Celebrity Big Brother star Andrew Brady.

The Love Island presenter has moved on with the lovely Bradley, who is 14-years her junior.

Good for her, eh?

A source told The Sun:

"Caroline and Bradley tried to keep things professional but they’ve fallen head over heels and they’re now dating."

"After spending so much time together, they just fell for each other, although it’s still early days."

"All her mates approve. Everyone’s over the moon for Caroline – she’s the happiest she’s been in a long time!"

Ah sure, we're delighted for her. Caroline flack has posted quite a few videos and snaps of Bradley in recent weeks, having hired him as her trainer. And it seems as though love blossomed, while lifting weights and working out.

Taking to Instagram on this afternoon, Caroline posted a clip of the pair having a sparring session, with the caption:

"So you wanna be a boxer ... @bradleysimmonds."

Bradley has had a number of famous clients, including Louise and Jamie Redknapp.
