Cheryl has finally revealed who THAT mystery man in the mirror was

Well then...

Last week, the gorgeous Cheryl posted a stunning snap of herself online, and fans lost it. Why? Well, there appeared to be a mystery man lurking in the background. Who was he? Why was he there? Does Cheryl have a new man in her life? These were all questions people were asking about the picture. Well, thankfully, Cheryl has shed some light on the situation, revealing who the man in the background of the snap was.

Speaking to MailOnline, Cheryl put the record straight, dashing our hopes that she had a new man in her life.

"It was actually just the sound guy coming to hurry me up while I stood having my picture taken."

Sad!

Cheryl posted the the stunning snap on her Instagram earlier this wee, simply captioning the post "Hi".

And fans were quick to comment under the image, questioning the former Girls Aloud singer on the man.

"Who's that in the background?" wrote one curious fan.

Another follower said: "Who's the random bloke in the mirror?!"

"The bloke in the mirror is like 'can I come in yet?' Lol. Not till the shot if perfect Jeff!" joked another.

While opening up about the man in the snap, Cheryl also spoke about how she's enjoying her time on Greatest Dancer.

"We’ve been working really hard in rehearsals' Cheryl told MailOnline of her plans for her final three acts - Frobacks, Dane Bates Collective and Harry and Eleiyah - whom she selected on last weekend's show."

"I feel so excited for them and my plan is just to make sure that they’re feeling happy and confident and comfortable with what they’ve got to do."
