Congratulations Are In Order For Nicky Byrne

Just one month after Million Euro Challenge was axed, Nicky Byrne has landed himself a new TV game show.  The former Westlifer-turned-radio-presenter is teaming up with UK production company Boxatricks to present new show The Final Straw. Nicky with his wife Georgina. Speaking at the International TV Tech Summit, Colman Hutchinson revealed that the 2fm presenter would anchor the programme and showed some clips of Nicky in action. He said: “As you can see we have an Irish host and he’s very talented. “We weren’t particularly making  this show for the UK – it’s an international pilot so an international team.” Nicky now presents the weekday afternoon slot on 2fm. The news comes in the wake of Nicky's 2fm radio programme, The Nicky Byrne Show With Jenny Greene, being nominated for a PPI award. Good news all round!
