Demi Lovato has announced her engagement

The couple announced their special news on Instagram over the weekend and we couldn't be happier for the Disney star.

Demi shared a photo of her and her fiancé on social media to reveal the exciting announcement.

She told her followers that she was still completely speechless following the romantic gesture.

The 'Cool for the Summer' singer wrote: "I’m still speechless last night was the best night of my life.

"I can’t believe I get to marry the love of my life, Jutes," she gushed.

The Disney Channel star said she's "beyond excited" to get married.

"My love, I’m beyond excited to marry you," she said.

The singer said marrying him would be a "dream come true" for her.

Lovato said she cannot wait to "love and cherish" the musician forever.

"I can’t wait to love and cherish you forever. Here’s to the rest of our lives. I love you baby," Demi added.

Jutes said he couldn't believe Demi, whom he described as his best friend, said yes.

He said being with the singer has changed his life.

"Yesterday I asked my best friend to marry me and she said yes. I can’t imagine my life without you and thank god now I’ll never have to."

"Feeling like the luckiest man alive right now. I’m so in love with you," he added.

The couple have been dating since August 2022.

Jutes reportedly popped the question in Los Angeles on Saturday.
