Dolores O’ Riordan’s Trial Delayed Due To “Ongoing Medical Treatment”

Dolores O' Riordan's air-rage trial has been postponed for three months in order to facilitate ongoing medical treatment.  Explaining her absence from court this week, the 43-year-old's solicitor Bill O' Donnell told the Ennis District Court in Co. Clare that the singer is currently in "residential treatment." Dolores was lead singer with The Cranberries.  He said: “My client is presently receiving ongoing medical treatment and presently she’s receiving residential treatment, hence her absence from court." Judge Patrick Durkin agreed to adjorn the case on the grounds of illness. The former Cranberries singer is accused of four alleged offences including assault from an incident at Shannon airport in November of last year.
